If they are in to sports, then virtually any sports game would work. There are a ton of Disney titles that are good. Dance Dance Revolution would be good. Kingdom Hearts I and II are both very popular and based on Disney movies, however I'm not sure about the difficulty level. That link has all the games rated for everyone. If look on the left side of the webpage, you can select the everyone 10 and up. Those are generally pretty mild too. Sorry it won't allow links. If you go to gamestop and then PS2 you should be able to find the webpages.
