man, i tried to return a flat panel to like 4 places with out the receipt and they wouldnt let me, are you telling me on the receipt they just said oh ok you paid $40 for the machine, and 110 for the monitor, ok i will accept that monitor, geez what an idiot i am. I should of done that

Thanks ALL.....my girlfriends is the 21st also so it sucks for both of us, but we deal with it, i feel though, my bday is worse cuz everyone i know does xmas on the eve and is with their family so i never had parties or anything like that

i have an excel worksheet that i write the, date rebate was sent, the item bought, the store bought from, the amount, the website of the rebate center and their phone number plus i take pictures of the upc, receipt, and rebate form. .....pretty intensive but no one screws me lol, i have had issues but i call and they tell me whats up

I talked to mine and they said they would have them on sale on the 18th ...though that reminds me i need to call again to confirm, for the 4th time, cant be too sure you know?Just talked to my nearest Best Buy! Manager said they wouldn't be getting them for a Sunday release because of how the deliveries work.

What if you work at a hospital, an all-night restaurant, or anywhere that is open around the clock and you have to be at work? Or what if you're in the hospital yourself, or what if you got in an accident on the way to campout, or what if, what if, what if??? Really the true monster in all of this is Microsoft. They in no way should have released a system like this so close to Christmas without being able to meet demand.

DONT apologize, the truth hurts, first of all, in marketing there 5 groups of people who buy the stuff the 1st group consists of 10% are the people who buy new technology are called something, as to lines of newbies, where are you when some other technology that comes out? no where probably in the groups 3 & 4 which consists of the other 60%. So dont start now trying to be in the first group, the reason most of us arent in the first group, this is the first stage brought to market where it costs the most and is in the most unstable stage.

what a load of crap, they said that to you, go in and say do i look like a moron you cant install an os from the bios lol:sidesplit that is funny thoughHad the same problem with just XP, no MCE on my HP. Had my first talk with CC today and they told me that there is no way to upgrade to MCE from XPHome - it has to be total BIOS install from factory.... He mentioned something about "swapping" to another. Needed to head back home and do another total system search to be sure MCE wasn't anywhere to be found (it wasn't). Will be heading back in soon to find out what the "swap" offer is.
Hmm, and I was disappointed that there was no second drive in second bay...

Sweet! I was thinking the same thing for 5% since the items I want have the listed price until 11/24 but I have a feeling there is an additional discount that would disappear after the the 22nd. So I will wait 5pm est regardless if the code is working or not Im all in today.
