We did ask them to substitute an equivalent model both in store and on line and they said no.

We bought this computer for my DS on Sunday for college..All the reviews were good.We took it back to Best Buy as he was having trouble with it.They determined it was a bad disc drive.Of course since it was a burst buy (they said)they had no more to exchange it for.None left on line either.So frustating to finally get him one and it be no good .This was supposed to be a graduation/birthday present too.A " sorry" just doesn't seem to do it.

yeah !!! I found my first mm 10 pack today.It was sitting there all by itself on the shelf.Tried to get my dh to do the happy dance,but he wouldn't.LOL.
