I received a notice that my items had shipped. Two days later I received an email from Amazon that they were issuing a refund. My order still shows that they have shipped and that the order has not be cancelled nor a cancellation notice. What are the chances that these are still be shipped????

Would you believe I received an email today stating that my order for my tervis tumblers from Amazon has shipped??? I have read so many people had their orders cancelled through Bealls. I did not have high expectations for these. Anyone else receive or get a notice from Amazon??

This happened to us once when we bought a jumbo inflatable Little Tikes bouncer. Got it on clearance at Kmart in October. Opened it in March and was horrified to find a used muddy slip in slide/swimming pool. Called the store because I still had my receipt. Talked to the manager. I had to settle for an in store credit because of it being over 90days. The box had been completely sealed and did not appear to have been repackaged in any way. It really is shocking what some people will do.

In the Toys R Us ad is says, "Disney DVD's 2 for $12--Over 30 to choose from." Do you think we would be able to go to Walmart and have them price match any Disney DVDs???
