My husband ordered a gateway laptop....It worked for two days, then blue screened...We sent it back and he ordered another one with free upgrades because of the first not working. That bluescreened also...sent it back to gateway....They tried to charge us almost 400 for restocking fees for the faulty computers they sent to us. Had to dispute it with our credit card and gateway finally gave us the full refund on both computers....NEVER EVER BUY a gateway computer. They just don't work.
