  1. I don’t usually buy “big ticket items” on BF but my memorable BF deal was a PS NFL Madden video game for my brother …can’t remember the year but it was at Walmart …the pallets were still wrapped and I was just waiting for the clock to strike midnight grab it. That same night I got a couple good toys deals and the $3 kids pajama sets. I was ecstatic. It was like my first official BF where I felt like a pro lol … I had conquered Walmart 😂

EDIT: the game was $29!! I forgot to mention that lol

  2. As of today, I am scheduled to work half day on actual BF, but I have high hopes that it’ll turn into a full day off. I work for a hospital and the docs my dept deal with will definitely be closed for the holiday. Like most have mentioned, I plan to do most of my shopping online, but will go out to the stores because it’s tradition for my friends and I.

My coworkers and I had been debating buying an air fryer to leave in our kitchen. Hmm.

It’s a great deal ! I’m just hoping we get a few more ads by the end of the week. While this is a great deal; if I can purchase a nice one with a perk (gc or store cash) then I would want to do that. We’ll see.

  4. So it begins …🤗

I don’t shop here but I sure am excited to see an ad! 🤣

    thanks Brad !

EDIT: after excited looking thru this ad just because I’m excited ..I just may be shopping here after all lol …my oldest daughter wants a make up vanity and they have on advertised for $125. But I only see white, hopefully black is available; she specifically asked for black.

  5. I am crossing fingers for ads this week. I need/want an air fryer. I see Target has a nice deal on one this week but if I can purchase one and get some type of perk with it, I’d rather do that lol

  6. As much as it pains me, I will be giving money for Christmas this year for my girls (21, 15) 😩 they are not little anymore and as much I want to hold on to the magic of Christmas from when they were younger, their Christmas lists remind me every year that’s not the case lol …I will get them 2-3 things off their list (and something they didn’t as a surprise) for them to have something to open but they will get cash. I can/still will enjoy shopping for theirs and other family members physical gifts. With that being said, I’m hoping Walmart will have a good phone deal to upgrade my 15 y.o’s iPhone and my 21 y.o wants a makeup vanity so I’m hoping to find one for a good price.

  7. Holiday price match guarantee? Have I never paid attention that Target does this? If so I have been missing out! lol …I like it!!

This air fryer seems like a great deal. I was just telling my coworker that I need a new one. I just might grab this one.

  8. My family loved this ! I was looking for a quick and easy dessert for our family Christmas party but also something a little different; I came across ….EGGNOG CHEESECAKE 😋

    Eggnog Cheesecake

    Prep Time: 20 mins
Cook Time: 1 hr 5 mins
Total Time: 1 hr 25 mins

    Ingredients

    Crust:

    • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

    • 3 tablespoons melted butter

    • 2 tablespoons white sugar

    Filling:

    • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

    • 1 cup white sugar

    • 3/4 cup eggnog

    • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

    • 2 large eggs

    • 2 tablespoons rum (optional)

    • 1 pinch ground nutmeg

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

    2. Make the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar together in a medium bowl until well combined.

    3. Press graham mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

    4. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes; transfer the pan to a wire rack and allow crust to cool. Increase the oven temperature to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

    5. While the crust is cooling, make the filling: Combine cream cheese, sugar, eggnog, and flour in a food processor; process until smooth. Blend in eggs, rum, and nutmeg.

    6. Pour eggnog mixture into cooled crust.

    7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C) and continue to bake until edges are puffed and surface is firm except for a small spot in the center that will jiggle when the pan is gently shaken, about 45 minutes. Loosen the sides of the springform pan; let cheesecake cool before removing the rim completely.

    8. Enjoy!

Hey y’all I’m baaaack!! Had a baby at the end of May so I’m late getting onto these forums this year.

But anyway this is silly but my friend had a baby a week before me so we’ve been in touch constantly about our babies...and since they’re both starting to teethe, I think this is a cute gift idea for her and any mom with a little one!!
