Today it is down to $400.89 on Amazon with the 5percent discount good until tomorrow. So I think I am going to go for it and not wait for a better price which may never come. Will the street pilot also work if it is placed on the passenger seat or on the center console?

Where on the windshield do you place the street pilot and does it obstruct the view from the driver seat? Does it go under the mirror? Thanks

I thought the c340 would be better because it speaks the street names and there is less need to look at the display. Also the maps are preprogrammed. I was just looking at the black Friday deals for circuit city at blackfriday.gottadeal.com and it lists the c340 for sale at $349.99. Even with tax, that's a better deal than amazon. I wonder if Amazon will lower its price?

The best deal I am able to find for the c340 is $430 from amazon.com. I am wondering if anyone knows of better deals. Also, I am wondering if prices will go down on or after black Friday. Does anyone know? Thanks.
