From the time I arrived at bb in utica, mi (5pm) until 4am we had 2 best buy employees telling everyone they had 26 emachines (which closely mimicked the 25 I had counted on Wed night...but when they handed out tickets all of a sudden they only had 10 of them...so I waited all night at number 20 (inline) and supposedly number 12 for the emachine (which the employees assured me I was "solid" to get) for nothing.
So I kind of agree that the ticket program needs some work...
