Actually the bullseye doesn't mean outlet only. It just means that it has been sold at the outlet so that you cannot return it to a regular Coach store. :)

Yeah the shipping is hideous. Yesturday I had the Vsmile in my cart, 97 cents shipping, I put in the 30 dollar one and bam 6.00 shipping!!
