I live in Metro Detroit (Taylor) actually
, 2 years ago I camped out when BB was still located in Southgate (It recently moved to Taylor) me and a friend went Thanksgiving night around 7pm and we were still about 70 people back... so basically we walked away with nothing 
I knew they would do the ticket thing but they didn't even have some of the big items they advertised.. they didn't get the delivery.. blahblah..
I have not been to this new location, but it would probably be more busy because now its in a busy mall location.

I think this year I want to try and get a desktop. I already know BB is out of the question, I was there 2 years ago and camped out and got nothing...
BB must be a popular store around here lolI just am looking for a better computer then my Presario 5000 from 2001 lol I hope I can find something nice but not to expensive.

wow all your guys seem to know tons about digital camera's. I'm drowning in ad's with no idea about which brand is better. Can anyone suggest a camera thats under 150 and doesn't eat up batteries lol
I seen some of you guys were discussing camera's on amazon.com with some specials like memory cards.

I am in search for a much smaller camera that I can charge up. Mine is a Toshiba that I bought awhile back and is very bulky with a small view window. Also uses batteries and I got through a pack every use.
I plan on visiting family as well as having a few baby's to sneak snaps at so I am looking for a nice view screen, rechargeable, as well as a convenient size :)

If you want a good computer with alot of features I would go with the HP.

Yes I was going for teh HP, but wanted to make sure with the Toshiba having such a good price it wasn;t a better deal!
But I would rather have more in teh computer and pay extra $$
Im wishing myself good luck hehe I think this will be a tight squeeze to get this laptop at BB :)

I was going for the BB Notebook for $279 HP or this new notebook I see advertised the Toshiba Satellite Notebook with Intel Celeron M Processor 420
Because I need advise from people who know computers :)

Im going to camp out at BB, this is my first time :) well actually camping out, I ve been to WM early say around 3 am the 2 years in past and was WAY in the back... one year the line wrapped around the front all the way to the back and ppl waiting in front. crazy!
Im going to dress very warm and bring chairs, I hope my cousin has them... or Ill be scouting for some chairs
I was thinking of bringing my headphones too :) Im going to have to buy batteries. I have a question has anyone ever actually fell asleep while waiting in line? Im affraid if I get too warm I will, I just can't stay awake lol

Hey...I need to know that also! So if the laptop has built in WIFI, there is no need to get a notebook card?? I was going to pick up the router/card combo at BB when I got the laptop. So I no longer need to do that??hehe you and I need to know the same info, Im very slow when it comes to this newer computer styles. I now have a older versian so Im looking to getting a newer and better one :)

Since it's a no name brand it may not work that great but I have no experience with Dynex. My advice is to buy it today, if it doesn't work return it.
Yes it will work on a laptop but don't use it on the HP laptop since that already has built in wireless networking.
so since the laptop has built in wireless you dont need to connect anything with it? so.. when I get the router I can connect to my internet using just the laptop.. Im confused.. I am not good at this computer stuff hehe
any help would be greatly appreciated in understanding how the notebook will be hooked up :) -
hmm I would say it depends on how mature she was, because you have to realize you might loose her or she might need to go somewhere you can't be and be able to handle herself with other people. I can't imagine ppl being that mean to a little kid, but there are those type of ppl around. But then again even for my age I get trampled on by ppl who think they can do it!
Personally I would let her come, it might be a fun adventure for her and you.. I used to love going with my mom.

I went to BB today and I looked for the HP, they told me they don
't bring them out before the BB sale that, that specific notebook is for BB.
well.. I looked and found the HP intel core solo T1350 but it wasnt the DV6103nr it was DV6108nr, but I beleive them to be the same. there specs are identical.
So if this is the one I was looking at, it was VERY nice
Im planning on getting it myself. It felt light weight, from how much I could life it.. darn metal bars.. 
the mouse pad was really slick.. and the screen to me was BIG! and it looks full of color...
Ive never used a notebook before so Im not really sure if it was one of the best models, but from what I seen it looked pretty darn nice

That is a good deal because you can buy it today, no rebates and you get everything you need. Just remember to choose the USB adapter or PCI wireless card (which goes inside your PC).
Assuming the Dynex USB adapter or PCI card work for you, then it's a good deal and I would go for it.
are the specs the same or it doesn't matter? Can I use the USB on a laptop? (I was going to get the one at BB on BF)?

If you need wireless access for your desktop, laptop or TiVo I would recommed this for $10.94 AR with free shipping.
BB sells some desktop cards but they're not cheap.

ohhh I have one more question to ask you, I seen a router in this weeks ads for 10 less then the Belkin MIMO router on BB..
Is this a better deal? since I have no clue about routers..
