ok i went to wm around midnight and they were unpacking the blitz items and had several things like a DVR/DVD recorder/VCR and a couple laptops sitting next to a few computers...so this first post may be true I asked about more deals and they said they were going to release and instore add at 4:30.

What are they testing to se how many people in a sate they can piss off? :mad: :mad: :mad:

Plus we do not even have a CC store nearby...There has gotta be something that can be done to avoid this in the future.

I usually just look under tarp or tear open a little hole in the plastic to see what is in them. If something that is going to sell out usually there is a crowd and you can just ask what the pallet is holding and they will know.

I was needing some help in trying to buy a camcorder and which kinds I should look for. I see so many different recordable media nowdays and not sure which way to go. I would like to stay under $500 for one and just use it for basic things like filiming kids soccer games and school concerts and just home type movies. The other big issue I have is I would like something that would make it very easy to share the movie with family thousands of miles away.

Thanks for the info. The main thing I want is ease to share with other family members who live on other side of the country so I would liek to be able to just burn a DVD to send them or email them the videos.

Can anyone help me in trying to decide if tapeless camcorders are better than DVD camcorders and which ones are reccomeneded for basic everyday use. I do not really need all the bells and whistles on it just the basics would be fine. Of course the cheaper the better would like to try and stay under $400 if possible.
