This might be a stupid question, but, generally, does one event expire when the next event begins?

I got them by going to my local BJ's. They were passing them out as people were leaving.

I just went to my local bj's to pick up diapers and they were passing out flyers for their black friday event. It actually consisted of a coupon book and a single sheet flyer with instant savings.

Okay, I have a question.

 

Hopefully, it's not a stupid one...

 

At the top of the list for the big toy book, it says "Items with the blue shopping cart icon can be ordered now at the Black Friday price or lower" buuuuuuuuuuuuuut...

 

... how do we know if they are going to be lower or equal to the black friday ad prices?
