I'm not sure what the terms are exactly...I didn't have a problem, all I know is that I purchased a couple of $25 certificates for $5 each and that some restaurants have minimums of having to have dine in purchases of minimum $35 to use the certificate. They also have to be used within a year...I thought that's pretty reasonable. That was all told to me before I officially made the purchase.

You actually did get a good deal for 16.99, if you really look at it, it's 1.99 to ship for dvd so you save a buck online when you factor shipping and tax into it, no biggie :)

I gotta a question that I could use your alls help on :) I purchased the compaq c706nr from frys.com this morning. The specs are

Now I'm kind of unsure about the memory. I'm just planning to use this for email, web, dvd burning, basic stuff but I checked that this laptop only supports a max of 1gb of memory. To use it with this processor and Vista Basic, will it run smoothly or am I going to run into trouble? Thanks for the help in advance!

Total newbie here that has been lurking. I've always checked this website out for the past 2 yrs for the ads. I've just never had anything to say to post in the past. However, after reading about the Walmart letter, I felt like I had to write to them. It's utterly ridiculous that they're even attempting this. I've emailed them and phoned them today and yesterday.
