Um, I still have trouble sleeping before big sales. Black Friday, 75/90% off Christmas, 75% off toys, etc. I did sleep last night but I was dreaming about toys!!

I'm like you! I gave about 15 toys to toys for tots because I over bought last year. My oldest 3 and I'm saving it for his birthday. I hope you can find it cheap!

That's so weird. I got it for $24.98 today. They had about 6 and when I left there was only 2, and someone was on the way back for 1 of them.

Toys 75% off at the new one in Williamsburg, VA, with a few 50% off items mixed in. They said they were a day ahead in markdowns and that they were the only store in the area doing it today, the rest would be tomorrow. Don't know how accurate that info is though. The old one in Williamsburg was not 75% as of 9 am this morning. Be back in a minute with my list.

Augh!! I hope it's tomorrow. If not I'm going to miss out this year and I'm so sad. On Thursday I have to drop my son at preschool at 9 and my daughter has a doctor's appointment at 10. I have my list ready, now I just have to get the diaper bag full of toys and snacks together in case we have to kill time in Target tomorrow.

I am shocked that the Home Design stuff is already 30% off. It hasn't even been out 1 week yet here. Although I really want that kitchen island and will get it at 50% off if it's still there so I hope it goes down fast.

Clothes were an extra 30% off here at the new one in Williamsburg, VA. Original price - $140, paid $24!!! Everything I got was 75% off plus the extra 30% off.

Scored today on 2 internet returns. Fisher Price Little Mommy Real Loving Baby - the Fisher Price site has it listed as $60, it was marked $3.xx!! Hot Wheels Track - It's similar to the 4 lane raceway. $19.xx regular and marked $4.xx. (This was at the new Target in Williamsburg and they still had 5 left.) I also got the Parents Brand cash register 50% off for $12.98. I really wanted this so I didn't want to chance it not being there at 75% off.

We got it too. It's really sturdy and not that hard to put together. In fact I did it by myself while I had 2 kids climbing on every piece. Anyway, I've caught my son standing on it, throwing things on it, etc and it holds up great.

Toys still 30% but are cleaning up the section and resetting. I did find A LOT of kids shoes/boots 75% off. I got 6 pairs for $22 including 2 pairs of snow boots. Now I just hope I guessed the right size for next year!

I think it all depends on the store. The ones around me went on Jan 4 last year, a friday. This year 3 went on January 5, a monday and 1 on January 6, a tuesday.

My thinking on the toys is it won't happen this week. Instead of looking at it as what week it went down last year and the year before I looked at the number of potential markdown days since Christmas. I hope this makes sense. Last year and the year before there were 3 potential weeks of markdown days (either Wednesday or Thursday depending on the store), with the 75% off occuring on the 3rd one. This week will only be week 2 and it just doesn't look like it's going to happen when I go in the stores. Everything is still scattered everywhere in the 4 stores I have been in during the last 2 days.

90% at Hampton, Newport News and Williamsburg (new one), VA. Scored at NN. I was the first one there and they had put out snowman throws, ziploc containers, glad containers, plates, cups, surge protectors, parchment paper/aluminum foil, glad press and seal, etc. I got what I wanted in the first couple of minutes, which was good because one lady came through taking all of those things.

Ok, I got to one this morning and saw the 90% off signs, got excited, and scanned something. Still 75% but since the signs were up they honored it for me and a couple other people that saw the signs before they took them down. The worst part was they sent me to guest services who had no idea what was going on, rang me up and when I checked my receipt everything was wrong. They had to return it all and ring it again. The worker was very nice about the whole thing though. The good news is I got 10 boxes of the Glade press and seal. Apparently they were found somewhere because there was probably 50 boxes there. I also got 3 bags of playdoh, some toddler shirts, boxes, bags, etc. Spent $13. Now I can be at a different store when they open tomorrow! 1 down, 3 to go!

I'm getting ready to head out. If I'm not back by 8:30 then you can assume it's 90% off!

Thanks for the head up on the 75% off dollar spot. I went to the Newport News, VA store today and the signs still said 50% but rang up 75%. I got some great stuff for the Operation Christmas Child boxes for next Christmas.

Williamsburg, VA (the new one) finally went 75% off this morning. There wasn't much there at all. No trees, very little wrapping paper/bows/boxes/etc. I did find some dawn and electrasol in the regular section.

I was coming on here to say the same thing about Newport News. Hoping it will go down tomorrow, I'm looking at a tree for my sister but it will be my 3rd stop so I doubt it will be there in the morning.
