Oh, and our non-SC, 24-hour WMart closes at midnight for Turkey Day and doesn't reopen until 5am Friday. Next year should be interesting. The new SuperWmart and Menards shopping center opens September 2007!!!

My DH and I also get to our WM (not SC ) about 4:45am every year since it's usually our first stop. We've always gotten what we went for. Of course, we don't usually go for the big items (tv, laptop, etc), so that may make a difference. We got there at 5:15 last year and still got a GBA. This year we need 2 of the port. DVD players, so I plan to be there no later than 4:45. That's the only big(-ish) ticket item we are after. The rest is clothing, DVDs, etc. This is one time that I'm happy to live in (actually, near) a smallish town

I got my Joann's ad in the mail Saturday too. It has the BF deals in it. I could list them if you like or let you know if anything in particular is in it.

I just read an article in our local paper about some of them closing. I think it's only 3 of them. I'll be very sad if they ever close the one near me. I make special trips to that town just to go to SHopko and shop their clearance . I'm anxiously awaiting their BF ad too because I usually drive there just for their BF sales after I hit the other sales in our town.

A few years ago, our WM did night owl specials. THey had a few items on sale for an hour at a time with new items every hour throughout the night. I didn't even bother because I had to sleep to be there at 5am, but my brother went in to get some game system at 3am I actually hope they don't do this because if there's somethign good, I'll "have" to go there and still be back at 5am

Hi. I'm somewhat new here. I actually lurked here last year to find the great deals early since I have no patience whatsoever I decided to take the plunge and maybe participate in the boards this year. This is a great site!! I looooooove BF. I started going with my mom every year when I was about 12 years old. My DH and I continue to go every year. I haven't missed one in 20 years (Man, I'm old!!) I love a great deal, so BF is my day. I look forward to posting with y'all.
