I thought they were very thin as well but my 7 year old washes and wears his EVERY day he loves them so much, and so far they've stayed in good shape. It's only been a week of course but there is no sign that they've been washed so many times already and I imagine that they'll be fine for him since he has a blanket under his comforter and he's on a loft bed so it's warmer up there anyway.

There are still some black friday items in the store here but the black friday prices have gone back up to regular on most items I think there were still some $4 pj's though since they were a special purchase.

according to a news video I watched on it that is exactly what they were attempting to do and the people who were told to wait got p/o ed about it and smashed down the door. There were over 2000 people in line and there was extra security I can't see how it's walmart's fault unless you'd like the store to be like a bank vault to prevent the doors from caving in when 200+ people start beating on them. This is the fault of the people that did it. People need to grow up and realize that NOTHING is more valuable than a human life and behave themselves.

I'm not sure if that's a good deal or not but thought you might want to know that the extra wii wheel requires a wii remote to make it work. My mom bought the Mario Kart game and the extra wheel for the kids and didn't realize it so I had to go pick up another remote.

http://www1.alphasmart.com/products/neo_In.html this is 219.00 so kind of expensive but it's what my son's ed tech uses at school with him. I thought maybe I could find a deal on a word processor but no such luck so far they're all over 200 =( My son is verbal but some of the other autistic kids use word magnets on the fridge to communicate if you thought that might help.. just a suggestion. There are some here for $17.00 to $30.00 http://www.kidtronic.com/mywordmagnets/shop/shop.php?categoryid=2&page=0&rand=bXzCQOBs -
Xmas Trees - artificial ones - best deal?
jbrawn26 replied to SoCalCyclist's topic in Deal Finder & Deal Discussion
Hammacher Schlemmer has two very nice trees in 7 1/2 foot styles the first being the noble fir and the second being the frasier fir prices on the frasier depend on the lights you choose bulb or led and are 595-795 and the noble are dependent on whether you want slim, mid-width or regular and are between 380 and 550 but these are very realistic trees. Not sure what your price range is but that tree would last for quite a while. Hammacher Schlemmer offers a lifetime guarantee under normal non comercial use on these. http://www.hammacher.com/publish/TreePrelit_new.asp?promo=homepage http://www.hammacher.com/publish/PrelitFir_Collection.asp?promo=xsells Macys has a 7 1/2 foot martha stewart tree on clearance for 164.99 from 275 but it's no where's near as nice a tree... which I guess makes sense given the price difference lol. http://www1.macys.com/catalog/product/index.ognc?ID=331990&PseudoCat=se-xx-xx-xx.esn_results -
My dad only likes expensive type wines so I bought him a wine opener set that has a corkscrew, a cap thing for opened bottles and a thing to hold the bottle... like a clasp sort of thing, then I bought him a nice set of wine glasses to go with it. Sequoia Grove Carbernet Sauvignon is really good but I'm not sure you can find it for under $10.00

my 6 year old can play most of the games except for the pokemon ones that require a lot of reading. We have the advance systems and the sp systems and the sp is a lot better simply for the backlight that it has. It is so much easier to see with the backlight instead of trying to find a room lit up enough and the right angle to hold the system at to see the screen well.
