I also could not order online. I called the customer service number, waited about 5 minutes and spoke to someone who took my order. He even said he did not need my serial number when I offered it to him. He gave me an order number also to confirm it.

Does anyone know the procedures of say Target or Wal-mart for putting these out for sale since it is a Sunday? I do not have one pre-ordered and am wondering if they will have a lottery of will/when should I go wait at the store. If anyone knows please let me know. Thanks.
