I started before christmas last year, I got several abercrombie tees cheap and already had enough for dd so I saved them for birthday and christmas this year.

Do you have your kids tell you what they want for christmas by a certain day? This year my son has changed his big item 4 times, I told him he has to make up his mind by October 1st. Right now he is saying laptop, it was psp, ipod, and started with laptop. My daughter was saying ipod but has now changed it to coach purse and stereo. I just wish they would make up their mind so I can start looking for deals and not worry they will change their ming after I buy something.

dont decorate in themes, last year we has a 2 or 3 foot tree, our cat tore up our big tree. This year will be the same, my kids dont really care about the tree anymore just the gifts under it, lol.
