I called them the other day and the lady was nice when she said what could she do for me today, and I said I wanted to know where my order was. She said, oh if you ordered it on or around Nov. 29th, then it will be shipping out within a day and you sould have it by Friday. My order status showed all "PAID" by it, and so today I am awaiting my order. I got an order confirmation that my ordered shipped 12/15. I just checked the tracking and it is out for delivery for today!

they won't credit. I called today and begged. said I bought it nov. 2 for $37.99 and had it been $20 or more drop in price within 7 days of purchase they would consider a price adjustment! I think at $12 difference they should do the price adjustments at this time of year at least. Where is their Christmas spirit?

I picked up one of those claw machines for my GD last year on black friday at TRU. It was an ok toy for about 15 min. then everyone was done with it. Been sitting in a corner ever since. Just saying the novelty wears off real fast. Limited to what it will pick up. The claw isn't really a claw like in the real machines. Just not worth the money IMHO
