  1. I ordered 21 pair online. Now before anyone gets mad, I have 8 grandchildren, so 7 of them got 3 pair each. You're right - no limit. And they didn't charge me until the day after I'd received the jeans. Even though I had the email confirmation of the order, I kept my fingers crossed until they showed up at my doorstep, which wasn't until just a couple days ago (Thursday).
  2. Good evening. I have been calling every morning to find out what the discount percent is. They have been really nice on the phone about it.

I just looked up the numbers on the Target website.

Also has anyone seen the games on clearance - Connect 4, Trouble, and Battleship? They are in plastic containers for easy travel. They are very durable. I bought the connect 4 but am thinking about going back to get the other ones.

I bought those last summer at Target. Wanted more & found them for $5 (reg price) at the Dollar General (this was 2-3 weeks ago)

  3. Went to Target yesterday and got 2 jumbo packs of Pampers Easy Ups and 2 Pampers wipes for a total of 6.26. I had 2 coupons each for 3.00 off pampers, 1.00 off wipes, and 5.00 off at target to buy wipes/pampers together.

I also got a swiffer carpet flick on sale for 3.24 and the refills for 1.84. Had Swiffer coupons on those also so they were .50 off each of those prices.

A few weeks ago I got the Dora Castle for 19.99. Went to the regular aisle and got the people to go with it for 2.48 each and the living room for 3.99. All the other furniture sets were still 12.99.

Other than that our Target clearance endcaps were bare or in some areas not even there.

Are LUVS on clearance all over?? Anyone else finding this?

  4. Picked up a HP Photosmart printer/copier/scanner today 75% off, was $99.xx paid $24.xx, these were only 25% off on Saturday and went to 75% off today, never saw that happen before.

I checked the C3180 (which is this clearance one) when it was advertised in the national flyer on clearance. I actually thought about buying it versus buying new ink cartridges for the HP I have now (which is about 3 years old). Checked the Amaz*n website and a few others. It gets a lot of bad reviews...apparently it guzzles ink like crazy, lots of people have problems with it crashing their computers, the scans are not very good and a whole host of other glitches.

From what I've read, you'll spend a lot more on ink. ..the cartridges themselves go thru ink very quickly and they only hold 1/3 of what other cartridges hold, but they cost more than 1/3 of what other cartridges cost ($15 compared to $25.) Since they only hold 1/3 of what other cartridges hold, they should only cost 1/3 of $25.00, ($8.35), but they cost TWICE that ($15).

    Just an FYI.

  5. You have to buy 2 packs to get the $5.00 card. It's written in very small print.

So - buy 2 packs for $20; use the $5 off $20 coupon ($5.00 towards something else) and you get a $5 gift card for future use. The total cost for the 2 packages of paper towels is still $10 or $5 per pack. I did try to find a manufacturer coupon to go with, but no luck so far.

There are other things also involved in the buy 2 - receive a $5 GC ..the $16.49 jug of Tide and such...

    Now MY own correction:

$10 (sale price) for 1 jumbo pack.

    $20 buy 2 packs

    -$3 two $1.50 Target coupons

-$5 Target coupon (buy $20, get $5 off something else in your cart)

    $12 for 2 packs

    Receive a $5 gift card for another visit. $12 - $5GC = $7

Net cost of the 2 packs of paper towels: $7 or $3.50 per jumbo pack

  6. Oh there is also $1.50 off bounty where this week if you buy the big pack for $10 you get a $5 Target gift card. That would make the paper towels $3.50 for the big pack!

You have to buy 2 packs to get the $5.00 card. It's written in very small print.

  7. Are the prices at the warehouse sale basically the same as what they are in the twice monthly fliers that come home from school? They books in those flyers are anywhere from .95 to $3.95 for the most part and that seemed to be the prices at the warehouse sale I attended last year. Anyone have good feedback on that? Thanks
  8. I picked up a Fuji finepix A600 for $88 on clearance yesterday at the Watagua Target in the North Fort Worth Texas area. It's a 6.3 megapixle camera with 3x optical zoom. I think that was a great deal and the camera takes wonderful clear pictures. I got the last one at the store but you may be able to find the same camera at other Targets. I myself am a pure Sony digital camera user but have been very impressed with Fuji as some of my family members have them. This little camera will be my purse camera since it's small and light weight. My Sony is my photography nut camera but it's big and bulky so the Fuji will be my everyday camera. ;)

Would you please post the DPCI code. It's really helpful to the rest of us trying to find these deals. THANKS SO MUCH!

  9. One Spot easter stuff at 75% today here

rest of Easter stuff also at 75% but pretty picked over...the ONE thing I went there for today I missed out on :(

My little boy really REALLY wanted the dog shaped easter basket and I just couldn't get it before Easter and I just got my car back last night so we went up there today...they had plenty of the monkeys, shreks, even a few elmo baskets and a purple ball basket with a dog on the side, but no dog shaped baskets :( He cried and I felt awful (and believe me, I checked EVERYWHERE and even in people's carts and if someone had one I would have tried to make them an offer...nada)

Tell me a little bit more about what it looked like. I saw one that had a stuffed dog attached to it, but not one shaped like a dog. My store still had several of the large Elmo & Care Bears soft (felt?) type baskets, tin baskets that had cut outs (soccer, basketball, baseball, etc) and several more styles. If you can describe it more, I'll check mine again tonight to see if it's still there for you.

  10. I got my order today. The frog broke the first time we tried to fly it, but the monkeys are a huge hit. My 5 year old won't leave them alone. I agree though that the "slots" where you put your fingers are very small -- the toys are much smaller than I thought - for an adult to put their fingers in. But...$11 for 4 of them is good for a couple of fun stocking stuffer type gifts or for the us crazy adults to take camping. ; )
  11. Ok, I have to say something on this, this is iffy on your part as to honesty. It seems the clerk is abit naive on how clearance works and I think you should of corrected her and stated it was already marked 75% off. What you taught your daughter was that it was alright to not speak up when an error is made and to deceive. I maybe out of line on this and I am sorry but it was already marked off at a fabulous price and than you wished you had got more. I am sure there are going to be those that state that its their fault for not training the clerks but lets face it, some clerks are just not up to speed on this or maybe new. I don't know how this will fan out for her but you may of caused alot of trouble for her and jeopardized her job when they go over her till totals. This is just my opinion.

She saw it was already 75% off. I DID tell her. She said "it's ok, don't worry about it". She was also NOT a teenager. This clerk has worked there a long time, so she I doubt she is naive or undertrained. There was no deception involved. Yes, I wish I had bought more, but she was willing to "write off" her mistake. I wasn't going to ask her to do it again. End of story.

  12. I took my daughter to Target today & taught her the ropes. They still had tons of Valentine clothes for 90% off for kids -- simple black knit pants, red knit pants, etc., that had no hearts, etc. Plus all the boxed Valentines, the holiday cake mixes, etc were all 90% off and they still a really good selection. I bought maybe 20 items at .19 and .29 each -- such as packs of Valentines, packs of 8 boxes of the sweetheart candies, etc.

We bought 12 of the Choxie bars free with the coupon. That really surprised her. She thought for sure they'd have a limit of the number you can get free. I also used expired $1 off Pepsi coupons & got soda for 2.25 a 12-pack.

They had the Global Bazaar at 75% off - lots of furniture & accessories still left. We didn't buy any of that though.

Scored on several children's books that were originally 9.99, marked down to $2.24. Some Sponge Bob pop up toy boxes that were originally in the $15 range for $3.xx; also some Spiderman fleece throws that were $14.xx originally, tagged at $6.xx and we scanned them. They were only $3.xx; so we kept the 2 we had. I was scouting for a couple others, but my daughter made the mistake of telling someone who had 1 in her cart, they were only $3.xx, so this lady quickly ran back and grabbed all of them. She knew where they were. (Lesson learned!)

We bought outdoor (front entry) rugs for $2.49 that had been originally 19.99 something. I was shocked at the price -- I think we bought 5 total.

400 thread count king size sheets were marked down to $9.xx a sheet, originally $49.99. I only found 1 that was plain white and I can easily use it as the bottom sheet on my queen bed. A lot of the flannel sheet sets were marked at $6.xx; but I don't like flannel sheets.

The best deal...they had a lot of the Restore / Restyle kids furniture on sale -- book cases, storage units, shelving - all for 75% off. (Not all their pieces were on clearance - some were still full price.) When the cashier was ringing up the pieces I bought, she said "wow - that's a good deal". I replied "yeah...it's 75% off!" So what did she do? Deducted 75% off the scanned price. :eyepoppin :eyepoppin :eyepoppin So I got 75% off the already marked down price of 75% off. Storage shelving unit - originally $59.99. Tagged price at 75% off was $14.99. I got it for another 75% off; paying only $3.75 and the shelves were $1.49 for each set. I wish I had put more in my cart!!!

I spent a grand total of just over $30.00 which was LESS than the original price of just the king size sheets! My daughter spent $20; but I had 3x the stuff she did.
