I needed a charcoal one last xmas and looked for weeks, even trying to order a Weber off of Amazon. Was cheated there like usual, but since I refuse to buy inferior garbage like Charbroil, I went to the local Ace Hardware and they had a few Webers all year round, ended up buying one at a Farm and Home in another close big town on sale two weeks befoe Christmas for 50.00, down from 80.00. I wouldn't buy anything buy a Weber, the rest are all inferior, we've had ours 25 years.
The one I just bought is a Char-Broil and my initial thoughts after having used it a few times is it works great. I highly recommend it, and at the price point, can't go wrong.

Well we bought the Char-Broil Stainless at Home Depot for $259. They were offering 6 months no interest but was stretched to 1 yr no interest, so that's a pretty hot deal I gotta say!

I convinced my wife and we are buying one today. :) I live in Miami, so BBQ season is year round!

I am going to assume with the fact that with the Digital frames being around for so long now there is bound to be some great deals on some right?

Realistically thats all my wife and I need for BF. Any ideas if they are ever on sale on BF? I tried looking through the archived ads and didn't really see any.

It wil be a matter of wait and see, but its also important to note as Brian did that BF falls a week later this year, so it kinda screws up the usual flow a bit :)

That's a good point Brad. I didn't realize it was that similar to last year.
I imagine the pushing back of the ads also has to do with the economy to figure out what will be their loss leaders.

It just seems that Black Friday related stuff is barely trickling in so far in 2008, does anyone else agree? I'm not looking for much this year, but in any event I love BF for the thrill of jumping from store to store; I've even gotten my wife somewhat into it too.
