  1. We did stockings when I was growing up, and now do them with my own kids. As they have gotten older, we have switched over to things like shaving cream, nail clippers, razor blades. favorite candy, etc...
  2. I love the croc sandals. I have two styles (both flip flop). One is like a reg flip flop (that's the one you want).... the other has a straight (almost tube like) piece that goes between your toes. This one gives me a blister every time I wear it. You'll never want to wear anything else.
  3. xfountaingrl, You may want to check and see if there are hotels around you that have the tempurpedic mattress or the sleep number beds and test them out before deciding. Of course, they would be your more expensive places, but it would be well worth it when you are talking about making that big of an investment. I found these two links for you.

Great idea, and there's a hotel in my town that has the sleep number beds. Now I just gotta get somebody to babysit! :yup:

  4. Went to Gymboree last night and they had a $4.99 rack with a lot of adorable clothes. I bought a sweater for one of my granddaughters that was reg $32.99 for $4.99 and they had some really cute hats (which she looks so cute in)for 99c. They also had some of the velour leggings for $3.99. On a side note, they told me last night that they are the parent company for Crazy8.com. that site has some great deals.. looks a lot like Gymboree but not as fancy and about 1/2 or less of what you would pay at Gymboree. Just FYI

LOVE the Crazy8 site. Thanks for directing us to it! I found some great finds!!!

  5. Everything was a hit at our house, except for the FP "I can play guitar". The batteries only work in this thing for about 10 minutes, and then it's dead. It doesn't have adapter capabilities either. I first paid $89. then took it back and priced matched to $49, was in WM today and they have it for $35. That thing is gonna cost me a fortune. DS loves it when it's working though!
  6. Santa gifts are not wrapped and are ready to play with batteries included....

Family gifts to be exchanged are wrapped.

Never thought about wrapping the items in the stockings, but think I might do that this year.
