One of my most memorable Black Friday moments was a few years ago. I was actually working at Walmart at the time and was on register that night. 2 of my customers ( husband and wife ) were at my register checking out. The lady passed out right there while I was ringing their stuff up. They got her awake and she was sitting up asking for some water. Well someone got her a bottle of water and brought it over to her but the husband took it, opened it and gulped down half the bottle before even giving her a drink. I'll never forget that.
I'll never forget the year I was almost trampled to death over cabbage patch dolls either. It was a scary moment for sure.

I plan to do most of my shopping online as I have the last couple of years. Currently waiting on my kids to give me their Christmas lists.

It's been a hot minute since I was able to get into the forums. Forgot my password and requested to reset it a few times but never received the email to reset. I recently received an email inviting me back to gottadeal and was finally able to get in. Yay!!! So excited to be back and can't wait to hear about all the Black Friday deals y'all snag.

I can come up with some realistic and some ridiculous ones:
1. When they unboxed it and plugged it in, the image quality was not what they hoped for or expected.
2. Dead pixels
3. Unable to figure out how to use the SmartTV
4. (don't laugh, i've heard/read this reason) - don't have WiFi enabled in the home, can't use the smart TV.
5. (also true) - assumed netflix/hulu came free with the TV/didn't need to pay for the service
Those are indeed reasons I've experienced. My dad, being older bought a smart tv a couple years ago, didn't realize he had to have wifi and returned it. I had a lady come in the other day telling me about how her daughter wanted to buy her and her husband one of the smart tvs for Christmas. She told me, they didn't know anything about the smart tvs and would just keep their " dumb " tv, lol.
I work service desk at Walmart. I've only had 1 of the Onn tvs returned so far. It was the $198 58 inch. His reason was that his wife " just didn't like it ". It was taken back to claims and checked, nothing at all wrong with the tv. Now, I'm not sure if we'll have more come back in the next couple of weeks or not but so far, I've only had one of them returned.

Still waiting on my order from last Wednesday to ship.
Contacted them through email and they're telling me my item is more than likely lost. It never left the warehouse. Told me to give it until Tuesday which is the estimated delivery date (again, it hasn't even shipped). I'm beyond livid considering that this was a BF item!

ok y'all I went to 3 of my local super Walmart and I was told that is the "OLD PS4" that's why they are selling them for 199 and that they haven't carried that item in store for the past year and he showed me online that I can purchase the PS4 on the app and that's what I ended up doing, just giving yall a heads up! The first two Walmarts were not very nice but this Walmart was so ya I'm a happy camper yay

I just purchased it on Walmart.com. Isn't the Black Friday one also the "old" PS4? I don't know much about the gaming consoles but my daughter wanted her own for Christmas so she doesn't have to use her brother's but now I'm wondering if I should have waited to get one in store on Thursday. Can someone tell me what's the difference between the two please? Thanks.

A very easy and yummy dessert
Dump Cake
1 box of yellow cake mix
1 can of cherry pie filling
1 can of crushed pineapples
2 sticks of melted butter
Dump the can of cherry pie filling on bottom of cake pan. Dump the pineapples(juice an all) on top of that and then pour the dry cake mix over the pineapples. Pour the melted butter over top of the cake mix. Bake at 350 for around 30 - 45 minutes or until golden brown. Can use any variations of pie filling, canned fruit. We've tried it with many and their all delicious. This is always a hit at my house.

Does the 30% off not work with certain brands of shoes?

First order went great, second order I wanted to ship to my son in Washington state not so so great. I only wanted 2 items and the shipping was outrageous, and I could not find a free shipping code. Kohls should offer free shipping to kohls charge customers this time of year.
Kohl's should offer free shipping to their card holders all year in my opinion, lol.

Non-stop problems and when I try to load the main page I get a white screen with the words "It Works!" in the upper left hand corner.
Same here. It's been like that for days for me. The only way I can get into the forums is clicking on blackfriday gottadeal link. I can't see anything on main page.

Our local walmart was part of a pilot program where they actually had year round layaway, starting back around June.. The only thing that couldn't be put on layaway was groceries. lol Everything else was a go. There were no limitations on pricing or anything. It's been really nice having layaway available again.
Our Walmart is exactly the same way here in Eastern Kentucky.

I placed a very large order from Justice the day before BF. I received an email stating that it had been shipped with a tracking number. Kept checking tracking and nothing. Called Justice and they informed me that the warehouse didn't even package it up. Said they would send replacements. Well guess what? They no longer had 12 of the items so they had to refund me for those. I was furious.
Oh and Target....got an email from them today saying one of my items is being delayed and will ship at a later date. I'm sure it will end up being cancelled.

I have this. It's pretty much does the exact same thing that the Fire tv does except the tv has voice control and the stick does not. It takes up less room than the Fire tv obviously. My daughter uses it in her room for Netflix and Youtube. She has played apps on it as well. Some apps you will need the game controller(you can purchase this on Amazon) while other apps you can just use the remote that the stick comes with. It's very easy to set up and use. We really like it.
Since they've been having sales on the Fire TV, it's possible that they may have some on the stick as well.

We recently purchased this and it was actually supposed to be a Christmas gift for me but we just had to try it out. We love it! Would also make a great addition when hosting holiday parties. I think it's a perfect gift for adults that enjoy having a cocktail. You can even choose mocktail setting for those that don't like alcohol.
