I was shocked at the customer service I received from Sears today (in a good way). I picked up a pair of pants that I bought on clearance for like $5. I was waiting for 5 minutes and the guy brings out a pair that he knows are the wrong color (someone pulled the wrong color). He asked what color I ordered, and goes back to find them. Ten minutes have passed by now, and I was a little annoyed but wasn't going to make a big deal about it. The guy says thanks for waiting and it should not have taken that long. He said "I am going to give you 25,000 points for your inconvenience. That's $25!
