I have these headphones for my MP3 player, and can attest to the fact that they are amazing. They sound as good, if not better, than most headphones in the $75-$100 range. They're also comfortable to wear.
For $10, I may just go pick up a second pair to keep in my laptop bag.

Got the RAM in this evening (gotta love the fast shipping fron Newegg!!!) Took 10 minutes start to finish...easiest upgrade I've ever done.
Makes a real big difference in performance as well.

If I wanted to drive down to Chicago (7 hrs), I could've got them(2) for $399, but I think I'd spend $100 on gas and extras.....and i'd have some fun too while I'm in the windy city. That's not cheap. : )
I should've had them upgrade the RAM while I was there for $50 each notebook, I thought I'd take it home and see if the kids really needed it for their stuff or not. They need it. It's always at 80-90% used. Now I'd have to pay the geek squad $60 each to install. No way.
How difficult is it to put extra 256 cards in? Is it just in the back or do I have to open up the computer? Should I pay a pro to do it or can I?
It's quite easy to swap out the RAM modules. There's a cover on the bottom (underside) of the case that you unscrew, pop out any of the modules you don't want in there, and swap in the new RAM modules.
Most laptop manuals have step by step directions on how to do it. I imagine this one will as well.
A 10-minute job.

Just got a $50 PM on this laptop. My local store had it for $449, but a store about 45 minutes away was advertising it for the $399 price. Manager said no problem, only took about 2 minutes.
Found a good deal to upgrade the RAM on this to 1 GB as well:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820146084
Went with the two 512MB modules to take advantage of the dual-channel benefits of DDR2 RAM.
For under $500, this is an absolute steal.

Posting this from my new laptop. The javascript trick worked like a champ!!!
What a bargain for $449!!!! I'm gonna upgrade the RAM for under $100, and this thing will be a powerful laptop for a very low price.

So why is everyone saying not to call and check if they have them? Are you saying we should just walk in and check?
If they do have them, where will they be?
-
Supposedly, if you ask in the forum on this site, you can get one sent to you.

Supposedly first 200 at our local store.

I bought my wife the Mini last year, and we love it. With the Nano now out, you should be able to get a decent deal on the Mini.
Or, if you don't mind the size of the regular one, you can get 2nd or 3rd generation iPods for real good prices.

Well, just got my confirmation e-mail. It has links to rebates, but the links don't work. Ah well..have to try later.

Anyone know how to get the rebates for items you purchase at CC online today? Do they e-mail them to you, or ship it with the items?
-
Doh!
-
Can you post it here? It keeps randomly diappearing as an option at the top of the page.

Just got back from Sears. For those interested in home entertainment systems/accessories, all of the Monster Cables rang up 75% off!!! I got almost $100 worth of cables for $23!!!

Would it be possible to show which items are doorbusters when viewing your shopping list?

My kids wouldn't know what hit them!!!

We were able to get one, and we also noticed that once they ran out, they actually brought out a new pallet soon after. Same for the 19" TV last year.

5 megapixels. Here's a site with a decent review:

(I'm too new to post URLs still, so replace (dot) with a . to get the correct link......unless an admin wants to modify the post and correct the link)
Linkified, thank you :) - RossMAN

Any chance of getting some higher resolution scans of the non-doorbuster Wal-Mart items?
If not, maybe someone could clarify the following item for me:
LeapFrog Leapster Learning System w/ Leapster Software (3) - $89.88
Looking at the ad, it appears that you get the Leapster, and the following 3 games - Dora, SpongeBob, and SpiderMan - all for the $89.88? Is this true?
Also, is it the regular Leapster, or the L-Max?
Thanks in advance.
