Target has this on sale this week for $88. Does anyone have this? I can't find it on amazon to see any reviews. I believe this is the same one they had on sale during BF. I would like to get one of these for myself and my mom possibly but only if its a good brand.

Thanks! I got mine. Lucky too. Went to electronics didn't see any movies with a $5 GC and didn't see ANY Tinkerbells. Asked and the associate went right over and picked up one from a stack of various DVD's on the counter. It was the last one!
THEN I went to check out. I told the cashier that I wanted to price match the Toys R Us ad and showed her the price. She tells me "We can't do percents off"! If you look at the ad in addition to the 9.95 price it says "50 percent off". I tried to tell her that this did not make any sense since ANY sale is a percent off. TRU just decided to make a point of how much you were getting off. In other words if it had just said 9.95 she wouldn't have had a problem giving it to me, but because it said 50 percent off above that it was a problem. Anyway she called the CSM over and the CSM AGREED with her. Again I pointed out that ALL sales were by their nature a percent off SOMETHING. The cashier then says "well I guess we can call toys r us and see what their regular price is"! What?! What does that have to do with anything? And if 9.95 is 50% off doesn't it stand to reason that the regular price was ummm... I don't know.... DOUBLE that? So I asked to speak to a manager. The manager was very nice and actually intelligent. She explained to the cashier and CSM that it was okay, they couldn't give 50% off only if there was no price listed in the ad. So she price matched the 9.95, gave me the GC, when I handed her the coupon she looked agitated (what are they working on commission now?) but gave it to me anyway. I don't understand what the deal with not wanting to give coupons is anyway. Coupons are reimbursed by the manufacturer so they don't cost the store money. Oh well, got a deal in the end.
Later, I did notice on mine that the actual gift card is inside the shrink wrap. Not sure how the cashier was supposed to activate that. She just gave me one she had by the register.
My Walmart gave me the same song and dance when I tried to pricematch too. So I just went to Toys R Us and was luckily able to get them both there. They still had a whole bin full of them in the video game department.

I didn't see this posted anywhere but Kmart has these on sale this week for $19.99 each. They are in the ad for this week. It shows all 3 versions(Garden, Winter, Jungle) in the paper. I don't see them on the website so the sale is either instore only or they are out of stock online. I might try to price match this at Walmart.

Hi all, I just got back from Walmart in Jonesboro, Ga and they had the following select leapster game titles on sale for $16.88: Junie B. Jones, Thomas the Tank, Animal Genius, Backyardigans and I think one more but I can't remember. They also have the same nintendo ds games on sale that Target has, so no need to price match. Walmart has them for $24 even, Targets price is $24.99. I bought the new Super Mario Bros one(orig price $34.99). Great deal:D . Happy, Happy, Joy, Joy.

Anybody know if you can get these in the store for this price as well or is this online only. It would be a fabulous buy if shipping wasn't $5 for one of these games.

Brandsmart still has the DS lite on sale for $108. The one near me only has the black and white one. They don't know when they will get anymore pink.

Just got back from Walmart this morning and was able to get the price match from the Radio Shack ad(i previously bought the pink one last week). Radio shack only carries the orange one. They also price matched the games for 14.99. The sale @ Radioshack ends 11/11/06.

Vsmile console is on sale this week at Radioshack(if you have one in your town) for $39.99 & all games for it are $14.99. See you don't have to wait until BF to get the games at that price:D . Check out their website.

I just bought the pink console last week from Walmart. It was priced(rollback) @ $47.47. Radio shack has it on sale this week for $39.99 and all games for $14.99. I was going to try to price match it at walmart. Should I wait and try to get the price adj for the $30 price on black friday? Will they do this?
