  1. Typically I wear the warmest things I can find and I wrapped myself up in a sleeping bag while standing in line last year.......The best thing was my sister made us matching hot pink t-shirts that said...."If you can read this you overslept! Black Friday 2005" on the back....ha ha ha.........Nobody could see them, though until we got inside and took our coats off....=)
  2. My sister and I had the best BF moment last year......We were standing in line freezing outside of wal-mart at 4:30 a.m. As opening time neared......the crowd started to get a little out of hand, because ppl who had been sitting in their cars were getting out and starting to look like they were gonna *rush* the doors when they opened. Walmart came to the rescue and made a shopping cart wall around the front entrance and around all of us people standing in line so that the ppl who were gonna rush at the last minute couldn't get past us first!!!! Whent he doors opened, ppl went crazy (all of them were after those laptops)......All of us waiting inline were ushered in by the walmart workers....we were all cheering and hi-fiving the wal mart ppl for shutting out the line cutters and taking care of us that braved the cold weather.....it was a great moment and totally worth it!!!
  3. My sister and I usually peruse ALL ads T-Giving day......make our lists, mark up our sales ads, etc. Then we are usually up around 4-4:30 depending on whether or not we are toing to KB Toys or not.......after KB Toys, we run by MC'd's and get breakfast and some caffeine to keep us alive until TRU and WAl-Mart open.....we usually shop until I can't take anymore (usually around 9-10 am.....then it's to my sister's and the kiddies (6 of them between the two of us....)Man I love that day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  4. Let me tell ya....Last year at Wal-Mart about 15 mins before the store opened, the manager and employees came to the rescue with a whole row of shopping carts and lined them up to the people who had been waiting in line and it completely blocked off the "cutters'.......There were about 100-200 ppl getting ready to swarm the doors at the last minute, mgmt caught on to it.....and rescued us weather ppl .......Maybe you could talk to the store about putting up some shopping carts or something like that????
