I wonder too. I had got an email stating they are shipping everything but the flat iron, but yet sounds like they are shipping out flat irons free of charge. I cancelled my whole order. Not worth it to me

I can but I opened the box yesterday so they will charge a restocking fee plus shipping to go back. Oh well. The cheapest I had seen the new ones was $225 which is like $75 more then the one I got. Would have liked the camera/video this one has
