I was SO disappointed last night after waiting up for Wal-mart ad. i have not seen anything. I am holding out for Target ad hopefully something good.

Yes as long as there is wi-fi the kids can download a free chat app. I am the same as the husband that thought no way it was free and got angry when son was using. There is also a way to voice call with it as well if they have a mic and ofcourse if it is has a camera they can face chat.

Just wanted to let you know that I just got back from my store in Marshfield , Wisconsin. The one I had boughten the Acer at yesterday. He indicated the one I bought is the one on sale tomorrow and that is what he has in back and stated the XP part had to have been a misprint. I realize this may be of confusion for some but I paid $249 yesterday and he did confirm based on sku I will get the difference tomorrow as this is what he is selling for the sale.

I just looked at the one I got today and yes it does have Windows 7 starter although the electronics manager is who went in the back and got it for me and told me to bring in my reciept Sunday for adjustment. Hmmm

Just ordered 3 for Christmas gifts, I have spent about 10 hours searching ad's and calling places as this one the one big ticket all 3 kids asked for. I have ordered Kodak refurbished before but never even thought of that this time. Thanks so much to the original poster.

I'm looking for a new tree too. Anybody know what % Lowe's is yet? They usually have really nice trees. The tree I'm using now was a Lowe's after Christmas clearance deal. It was a $300 tree I got for $75. But it has seen better days and it's time for a new one. I'll probably be going there first thing in the morning to see how much they've got off now.
Was just there and they are 50% in Stevens Point Wisconsin and only 2 cheap terrible ones left.

Some one was supposed to have stellar deals on laptops and camcorders. I need a Sony Handycam and a really cheap will be quickly broken destroyed labtop for my daughter.

How about the big robot that was like 150 about 2 years ago the one that farts. That thing we would find walking through our house at night, now that was freaky.

Went to Target in Marshfield WI this eveining. Employee stated they marked some down to 75% this morning and was a madhouse. Barely anything 75% was left but plenty of Target brand toys. There was quite a bit scattered in no way organized throughout the toy department lots of 30 and 50%. Got a few things but nothing close to what I had hoped to. National Geo Goggles 1.74, Deal Or No Deal game 6.74 couple of little dolls 1.98, some stuffed dog 1.98, transformers sets that were 1.98 figured would make good gift exchange gifts. Nothing I'm watching further. I did note that we had atleast 10 each of teh "Biscuit " the dog at 89.98 , "Smoares" The horse at 99.98, and Imaginext T Rex at 89.98. Also though got some other neat pics National Geo Stethoscope over in sporting Goods 12.48 they also had a better one at 24.98. Couple of kids fishing poles 5.98. Seem some really nice mens golf clubs reg. 149 were 69. had childrens and ladies also. Girl Tennis rackets pink 5.98. Saw lots of propane camp stoves 17-24. All clearance clothing was an additional 30.
