I have had the same issue. They shipped a console and game and 1 game says pending. The rest were cancelled. BUT my credit card still has a hold for the original $715! They assure me I will be only billed for what actually shipped. How long did it take you to get the modified billing?

Well it seems as if my Thanksgiving pleadings to all, about needed a Wii, did not go unheeded. My sister-in-law's brother scored one for me this morning at Best Buy and just dropped it off. He bought the replacement plan too since he wasn't sure if I wanted it or not. He got a tip off about the local BB getting a shipment and went up there around 9am. HOW COOL WAS THAT OF HIM!! I guess this is my good karma payback for the year I snagged 3 Furbies for Grandmas to give for Christmas. I did pick up a remote this weekend and now I am in search of a game! My brother bought Zelda for my son in the hopes that we would be able to get one for Christmas.

I noticed yesterday that Amazon cancelled the bundle I ordered so I called customer service and they said it was because they weren't going to be able to fullfill it. When I opened my email this morning, they sent an email saying they could send me the console only next week with a $50 Amazon gift card for my trouble. I, of course, replied yes. (Not sure if this was in reply to the call or just standard procedure for their Wii over orders) I also checked on my Wal-Mart, impulse mom-guilt buy, bundle and the console and 1 game are arriving Monday and all ohers say cancelled next to them so I assume that means I won't be paying for them. So if I end up with 2 consoles, I guess I have to decide which one to return (I am not an ebayer) but I'd rather have that dilemna than no Wii on Christmas morning:) I was able to get a Wii remote controller (non nunchuck) at FYE yesterday. I checked on a whim because all the electronic/department stores just laughed when I asked. So I echo the "it pays to ask" advice.

I just checked my Amazon bundle and it says delayed shipping not until Jan 3rd! I also ordered the Walmart bundle but then cancelled it. Evidently my online cancellation did not go through and the console has shipped and 1 game. I don't want the 8 games (only 2 of them). I've been searching the boards for a definitive answer and hoping you can help. Can I return the games individually to a local store? Has anyone actually done it? Or do I keep searching for a console and take the whole thing back if I find one? This is a Christmas gift for my son and I bought the Walmart in a moment of weakness:shock: Thanks for the info and help.

My husband's 83 yr old mother is in a home too far for us to visit more than a few times a year.
