Call the 800 number with your problems...they should resolve ASAP I got an order with the wrong size jacket (like 3 sizes too big for a 3 year old) and I was told that the size I had ordered was out of stock. They credited back the cost of the jacket and told me to keep it. The credit showed up in 2 days. So now we have a Dash winter coat good for who knows when:cheesy:

Buy one get one free on clearance rack I think it runs through Thursday Walked out with a lot of good stuff
