  1. We do all everything from Santa but the PJ's, Robe and slippers, those we let them open on Christmas eve and they come from us. We dont care much about taking the credit for any thing because they stay innocent for just a while and then someone is going to spill the beans about Santa. So we are living it up right now and letting them think Santa does it all. ONLY IF THEY ARE GOOD!:holiday01
  2. Since my kids are young I dont count clothes as a gift. I do have things that I have to get them just because its Christmas. I think when the kids are older then I will count the clothes as the gifts, they will actually appreciate getting them because they will be picking it all out. :holiday02
  3. It has varied for me for the last few years. My dh went with me the first couple of years because he said he likes to see how crazy people get. I think its because he wanted to make sure I didnt spend all of our money:D But it really is a huge family thing. Last year my husband stayed at home with the kids and my mom, sister, cousin's wife, her mom and I shopped. We meet up with my aunt, cousin and her friend all meet up for breakfast and then went back out. I am so ready. I have already decided my game plan for this year. Is it time yet!!:eyepoppin
  4. What is your christmas traditions? My whole family get together on christmas eve, we eat, visit, sing christmas carols, etc, exchang and open presents. Then everyone goes home and does their own things for christmas day, so we can spend time with our spouses families. The kids make cookies for santa, Santa puts toys together and sets them out. Mrs. Claus brings the remaining gifts out. The kids wake up and play and mommy cooks breakfast. My mom and my dh family comes over and I cook dinner.
  5. My whole family get together on christmas eve and we exchange gifts and whatever you get that evening you are allowed to open. But as for what santa brings they can only open on Christmas morning. We put out the toys and all other gifts christmas eve after the kids go to bed and then we wake up and play with the kids and their montains of gifts.
  6. What do you take with you on Black Friday? A fanny pack, a purse, coin purse or just use your pockets? What do you have in it? What do you wear also? I wear some jeans and a long sleeve shirt, I layer it with a sweater and a hat, gloves, tennis shoes, and coat. I do this so as it gets warmer I can peel the layers for comfort.
  7. I went to the outlet mall last year and left around 10pm and got stuck in a huge traffic jam on the interstate. It was crazy. The line stretched all the way from the mall back on to the interstate for a mile and a half. I didnt get there until 1:30 or so just waiting in my car just to get off the roads. It was insane. I plan on going to the outlets after I get my doorbusters from Walmart, Targets, BestBuys and so on.
  8. I am sure you can go online and get this stuff for the same price. We went yesterday and cleaned up. I even put the kids in line, they go through so many crayons over the school year, I am really happy to say I spent $1.92 on 20 boxes yesterday. Sounds like a lot but I am sure they will all be used.:smart:
  9. I dont need anymore laptops or tv's so I am a little satisfied with the walmart ad, because they have something my 5 year olds want. the Game boy mini. So I will be saving $40 on that so I am satisfied with that deal alone. But it could be better!
