Someone posted that you need to go on at exactly 5PM est so that's what I've been doing since last week. The price changes to 59.96 right around 2:55 (Arizona time) and then I kept refreshing the link. Finally it allowed me to add to cart for purchase. If you have a Walmart account make sure you are already signed in to avoid having it being pulled from your cart (that happened to me 2X).

I was just able to order one on Walmart.com. States it will ship 12/1 so hopefully it gets processed ok.

A manager at my store today suggested 5Pm to me

I was at my Best Buy today picking up something and the poor guy kept having to stop to answer the phone. All the calls were about cancelled Ipad mini orders, he said they just got way more orders than they could handle - bummer was that they weren't even offering anything extra for the cancellations.

I was hoping they would have the Ipad Air with giftcard like Target.

I was disappointed that the $10 coupon only goes thru 1pm on Friday.
