I got mine today. I didn't get a picture but it was a bunch of minty candy (my favorite kind), a Christmas Story ornament, a blanket and some fuzzy socks. Thank you!

Nope. They don't have a whole lot there that is a dollar. Dollar Tree on the other hand everything there is less than a $1.

It does seem like the raised their prices. I paid the same for one of those little flip sofas a few months ago. That's not 40% off.

I've never heard of this store but I had to chuckle at the DVD/VCR combo for $147.

I saw a few things I would be interested in, if we only had a Meijer, lol. So, is Meijer kind of like Gordman's?
It's like Walmart, and they don't sell things much online.

I would say the late 90's when about 10 people would be waiting for the store to open.

Mine has cut back on the electronics department too. It seems like they're moving in more appliances.

It wasn't planned that way. The draw was completely random - one name from each of two containers drawn at the same time. Next year remind me to make sure you two aren't paired together again!
I just thought it was funny. I just kept thinking "man, that sounds familiar." I wouldn't care if I got the same person every year.
