[I cannot believe the stupidity of Walmart!!!!]

I recently went to walmart to exchange some shoes that my mom bought for my daughter. The shoes were not worn and still had tags and everything. I needed a larger size! Since my mom bought them, I did not have a receipt with me. They would not allow me to exchange them. They told me no receipt means absolutely no taking back the product. I was furious. The supervisor gave me the same response.

 

I took it upon myself to go back and purchase the shoes in the bigger size. I left the cashier and walked right up to returns to get money back for the smaller ones with the new receipt.

The woman at the returns counter grumbled about it but really had no ground to stand on at that point. I had a receipt!!!!

 

Their customer service has hit rock bottom

 

 

I don't understand How you could make the return. The receipt would not have matched the shoes you brought back because you bought a different size and the upc would not have matched what was on the receipt. ???????

=heybud2]If it was the exact item it may be easier just to return it to the store that you purchased the full price item from and tell them you changed your mind

 

I think that is dishonest. Just so you know if the stores scans the upc for the return it may not come up in the stores systems because IT ISN'T THEIR MERCHANDISE.

We got our 15% off coupon today. Looking at the fine print, it says offer good on any sale, regular, and clearance priced merchandise. It lists the things it doesn't apply to, like gift card purchases, then says, not good "in conjunction with any percent-off discounts, including the Senior Citizen discount." Do you think that means you can't combine it with a sale price expressed as a percentage, say a 20% off sale on jewelry, or do you think it means that you can't combine a 10% off discount with a 15% off discount? I think it's probably the latter but I wanted to make sure.

That means you cannot combine 2 percents off such as an mvc with senior day. or Sometimes when they have the friends and family coupons. one or the other....

there is no reason why they cant to the price adjstment, but if they wont do it its a great idea too return it and buy again. atleast u will get everything u want and it wont b picked over.

Wrong....Yes they can price adjust but in order to get the Kohls cash it would have to be returned and repurchased. Do you have any idea what the lines will be like at customer service.???????

You are wrong about the 3 day old. New policy is l day and some stores will do no holds It is up to the manager. If it is a doorbuster it cannot be held. First come first served.
