Keep an eye on your card, the other day when they were doing the $5.00 bears my sister did it but got an error page. Later that day I got through and placed the order. A few days later I got two boxes delivered..one from my sisters order and one from mine and my sister was charged even though she never got anything but an error page!

I just kept the bears to give to toys for tots cause it was only 10 bucks ( for 2 bears) but if it was a lot of money i would of been really mad!

That's sort of why i even applied. I was thinking surprise gift and no interest! I explained to everyone on the earth last night. My neighbor told me to go in and apply and my account nu,ber will pop up that I already have one.. but store won;t honor price. It is on there again today... keep yur fingers crossed it stays on a few more days. Worst case, i get it and no free dvd's i guess. There was no good selection anyway!!

So I was online last night and saw the Sony Blue Ray DVD offer. Player with 10 DVD's for 349. So for the hell of it I applied for the credit card because I was not planning on the extra gift for DH and didn;t want to put it on out CC. Got approved.. You don't get the cc#!!! So, it is an online special for the day only and I can;t get the cc#. Someone told me to go into store with DL.... store tells me you can't do that... DOES ANYONE KNOW?? I have been on the phone with different people since 6:30 it is now 9:20!!!! It was an online deal again today btu I am sure by the time i get card.. deal will be over. argh!!

They old me last night that when they process the order, they go back and add on the fees... That is what I kept saying was not possible... she kept insistig that is what they do. This time used my citibank mc... if i have any extra charges... I will dispute it! Oh, and used the 15% off instead....

I ordered 9 items today and did not order any with personalization since they have now decided to charge $5 per item... Just the other day there was no mention of it on these exact hoodies! Anyway, i called the cs# and explained to them and they told me they are updating the system but when it comes back up anyone who ordered anything with personalization, they would go back and add $5 per item to the bill. When i said you could not go adding onto peoples charges after they get a confirmation.. they said that is what happens.... I then said, if i place another order now... can you cancel mine from before? no, i would have to wait.. hold up the $$ and pay to ship it back... can i cancel the order because i am unhappy.. no.. Thank goodness I looked... they had not carried over half my order for some reason... she added it on manually.. and comes up to a different total. Be careful... and I place at least an order a month with them.
