Dang it! just missed the quad core deal. anymore quad deals?

Well I called VISA today explained to them the situation and they credited me back the $55. I faxed them the .pdf file and my receipt. Let visa battle it out with them.

I called compusa after I received my laptop and they said I would receive one in the mail.

It was a gift card. Remember that laptop deal on blackfriday? 17" notebook for $450 + a giftcard for $55 in the mail. Well I called compusa today to see why it took so long. Now they say they can't give me a gift card because they don't own the company anymore and there is nothing they can do. And this is after they told me 2 weeks ago that I would be receiving it in another 2 weeks. wtf, this can't be legal. Anyone else get screwed by compusa? Anything I can do legally now? Now I'm glad that their closing.

yup, got it to work finally. Bastards at HP phone support and online chat support are all liers. Everyone told me that my laptop wouldn't work If i installed xp. Funny how hp hides their xp drivers. bastards! took me 5 minutes to load vista, now it takes under a minute to load xp. much happier. still waiting for the $55 gift card in the mail so i can upgrade to 2gb. pm me if you need any help.

already checked nvidia's site. nothing there listed for this card.

Anyone here who got the laptop and was successful downgrading back to XP? They don't have XP drivers for the video card on $449 HP.
