I was charged shipping even though FREESHIP stated no charge for shipping at the time of order. I called them and they refunded my money. She gave me a hard time, she said that code never existed. I insisted that it did and she finally said that she'd give me the refund. Then she hung up on me. I called and spoke to a manager. He applogized for the woman hangging up on me and said that he'd credit me back for one of my items as well.
