I've tried following the directions for entering the coupon code into Dell's e-code format, but am unable to activate the coupon. Dell's format is 5 alpha-numeric and then 5 or 6 alpha-numeric, but the coupon code is 14 characters long. Please help us to take advantage of this great deal.
