Perimeter Perusing at Target (Target Clearance Deals) - 2005-06
varnerific! replied to Gator Pam's topic in Offline Hot Deals
I was pleasantly surprised to find out today that those little "Matchbox" (brand) diecast cars are on sale for $0.69. They are normally $0.97. I picked up a few for my car-obsessed almost-3-year-old, thinking they were $0.97, and when they rang up, they rang up at $0.69. I know, I know, we're talking $0.28 discount here, but still I think I may go back and grab a bunch for stocking stuffers for my little guy. Just thought I'd share for those of you who have little boys (or girls) who like cars. -

I found them on an endcap in the baby section marked Clearance, with a bunch of other clearance Circo bottles & such. I went 2 days ago when I found them and bought one for my kids and there were a bunch left on the shelf. Then I went back yesterday to pick up another one for a 1st birthday party I'm going to this weekend, and I GOT THE LAST ONE. They must be going fast! -

I'm so excited! Picked up the Britax Roundabout Convertible car seat in "Lazy Days Gray" pattern on clearance for $109.xx, was $219.99! This was about the same full price we paid for our Cosco Alpha Omega Convertible car seat for my first child! -

You're welcome! Yes, my regular Target is S L O W to mark things down too. That's why I pretty much always scan clearance items & most of the time I'm pleasantly surprised. I'm glad you were able to find one! Oh Darn, I'm now tempted to go back and get the one that was left on the shelf to stash in the garage for a future gift for someone! My husband is going to kill me! -

Wow, that is a good deal. I just went back to another Target looking for another train table for a friend of mine. Credit to lowmazda at FW: Little Tree Activity Table Was $79.99 Now $19.98 DCPI 204-06-0443 ~ It one of those wooden tables for the toy trains. It's not on the website. Looks like this: http://b.im.craigslist.org/Co/CW/aXYxbPljaDbfV9RcXpp5PyKdcApX.jpg I just got the last one in the NW Tucson store, but other stores nationwide may still have some. Was marked clearance red tag "was $79.99 now $55.98", but scanned at the register for $19.98. Great deal. I've been looking for one of these and this price can't be beat. You might as well try your luck at your local Target. -
"Possible" Six Flag Season Ticket Discounts
varnerific! replied to soonernstlouis's topic in Online Hot Deals
For this very reason, dh & I are taking a trip this weekend to Magic Mountain from AZ. The cheapest season passes we can find (since we're going for two days now, and will be back in October) is $69.99. Anyone know of a way to get cheaper season passes? -
Yep, I got one of those 12" talking Napoleons too. My hubby loves it! Got it at Walmart before Xmas.

Checked out my local Old Navy today and they had a great clearance. All the clearance was marked down an additional 30% off the already reduced price. Some examples I picked up: Women's khaki's - reg price $32.50, marked down to $6.97 - 30% = $4.88! Women's black cords - reg $32.50, for $6.99 after all discounts Women's Boot cut jeans reg $32.50 for $10.74 after all discounts Also picked up some other misc items for ridiculously cheap. They even had some t-shirts marked down to $1.97 minus another 30% = $1.38, but none in my size. Not sure if this is regional or not, so YMMV, but it was a great sale. Hope someone else can benefit as well.
