Big Lots They had a duel deck VCR/DVDRW for $50 and it had a HD tuner I was told.

Make sure that people go in in an orderly fashion and no line jumping. Crowd control!!!

it's funny this was posted today, one of my co-workers told me this morning she plans on starting her christmas shopping this weekend to get ahead of the game. I'm forever a procrastinator and too excited about the BF deals to start this early :)

Last year at compusa I was assured they would have at least 12 laptops but when they opened they only had 3 and all corporate did was talk a good game they already knew that they were going out of business

A concierge service that while you are standing in line waiting for them to open would hold your place for a limited time so you could go use the bathroom. I would even consider a small fee for this and tipping.

Take travel toilet paper and toilet seat covers for use in the porta-potties
Take a wi-fi enabled device and do your online shopping while in line

Use it to train a flock of attack pigeons. That way on Black Friday when the doors open my trained flock of attack pigeons can storm the stores and help me get all the stuff I am after HAHAHAHA!!!
Or you could make popcorn balls and have a popcorn ball fight instead of a snowball fight.

I spoke with an employee of ACE and it looks like the ad is real BUT I was told that they probably won't have the Portable DVD Player with 7" LCD Display do to the manufacture haveing problems with production and the LCD screens
