No joke. This was the only deal I wanted and I ended up getting it without even expecting it. I showed up at Wal-Mart at around 12:38 PM (after sleeping through BF) to print some digicam pics on their Kodak kiosk. I walk by the cell phones and see the RAZR still advertised at $68. So I ask the sales associate if its good for existing customers (expecting to hear "no".) She says I may be eligible, so I tell her I'm not on contract and she makes a call to verify eligibility after I give her my info.
Well long story short, I was able to walk out with a black RAZR for $73.88 + $18 phone upgrade fee charged to my Cingular account. Not a bad deal considering that Cingular would've charged me $199 + tax + $18. I only wish I would've tried PM'ing to Best Buy, but the associate was very nice to me and I felt bad cuz I caught her just as her shift was ending (and her bf was glaring at me while he waited to pick her up...she'd been working since 4am!!!)
Now I just need to figure out how to transfer address book from T616 to the RAZR without using the SIM.
