On NBC news here in TExas they said tonight that a lot of malls are opening their stores to start BF at midnight thursday night!!!!!!!!!!! Oh man! I get little enough sleep that night anyways!!!!!!!!!!! Now I guess I might not sleep at all YIKES!

Toysrus has always been pretty nice to shop at on BF. They have people working there to help you get what you want without losing your place in line! My sister and I tag team! One stands in line then the other shops. But the employees have always been very helpful!

I heard on the TV that most of the stores weren't going to have the big ticket items like the years before! None were mentioned specifically. Except for the computer I got for free last year at CC. The deals haven't been that great for the last 2 yrs.

I'm just like a kid! I love to see the overdone houses!!!!

That's interesting that all the CC's were slow like that. I have had wonderful experiences with CC. I believe the problem lied with AOL! Of course they SHOULD have opened more than one line for the computers. They had one for laptops and one for Desktops. I got the desktop for free after rebates. I got there at 4:15 got 7 out of 35 for free desktop. We left the store at about 8:15. The registers weren't ringing up the free routers the right way and I got them to make sure it did! Instant credit of $40 then mail in rebate for $20. AOL would not authorize the $14.95 plan. We signed me up three different ways sooo they gave me the $250 instant credit instead of the mail in rebate from AOL!!! They were very nice and were just doing their jobs. I might have gotten it like that because we weren't being rude or demanding or they just didn't want to have to keep us any longer! LOL But, in aboiut 3-4 weeks my computer and router will be FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I stood in line for abour 4 hours. They tried to sign me up for the 14.95 broadband plan and AOL wouldn't authorize it no matter how we signed up for it. We tried 3 different ways. Soooo, lucky me< CC gave me the instant $250 credit and I didn't have to get AOL at all! OH yeah! Uh HUH!
