As others, I bought nothing at Wal-Mart this year. Just had surgery so all my shopping has been online thus far.

Ugh...had decided I was getting my daughter (13) a Kindle Fire HD. Cashed in points for Amazon gift cards. Tonight she tells me she wants a Nook HD. The rest of our family has Nook Colors and love them. I said you don't want a Kindle like most of your friends, nope want a Nook. Figures...now I will be in search of a good deal on a Nook.

Was just going to post this...loved these for Christmas gifts last time.

We all own Nook Colors except for my youngest daughter. I am going to get her one for Christmas. I was going to get the latest Nook until I read this thread. Now not sure. Kindle or Nook....HMMMMM....and yes I read the whole thread.
