  1. I checked online, the price is $44.99 for adult and $26.99 for kids. Is there any promo codes/coupons that you guys may have? Or is there anywhere else to buy tickets for a better deal? I know a grocery store in my area sell the tickets but I dont really know if they offer a good deal.

Does the ticket cover for all attraction or do we need to pay extra for certain attraction?

    Thank you.

  2. Finally, I got almost all my rebates, I shopped only at CC that day. So far I got $15 for my GE phone, $50 for sandisk SD memory, $11 for JVC cassette, $10 for CD Cleaner, $60 for HD, $60 for DVD burner, $80 lexmark printer, $60 for Dlink router, $350 for emachines CPU & monitor. I still wait $30 from western digital (internal HD). It was my first black friday hunting, and I was doing not bad at all, thanks to you folks at gottadeal forum....:)
  3. we stayed at Comfort Inn, Oxon Hill, MD this summer, its 10 miles from downtown DC. we got it from choicehotels.com and I checked for your dates, the rate starts from $56/night (Rhodeway Inn), and if you are AAA member you can low it down 6 bucks/night. Try priceline.com too, sometimes it gives us great deals.
  4. I signed up with SBC at Best Buy yesterday and it will be activated next week, I can't wait to have it now....:)

Interesting thing is that the gentleman at BB said that my bill will just be added $16.95 per month, no need to sign up for long distance, caller id etc....I only have basic local phone service with SBC with nothing else, so let's see..

The modem is not free, it $69.99 plus tax and I will only get $60 MIR, but it's ok since I will get $75 BB's GC.

Thanks all for your info and suggestions :)

  5. I've been looking into DSL services and found that SBC is offering $16.99/mo for 6 mos. Total bill incl. local phone, caller ID, call waiting etc would be around $41. After six mos DSL would be about $30, so total bill monthly would be around $54.

Should I take this offer? Any recommendation or anyone know about other carriers?

    Thx in advance.

  6. Ack. So do I understand that if I brought my digital Canon PowerShot overseas, and plugged it into a TV there using the yellow & white connectors, that that's not gonna work either?

(Apologies for getting a bit off-topic here.)

that's no problem, you can do that fine. The only problem is the power adaptor, remember to use the one with the correct voltage, here in the US we use 110V, but in europe or Asia, it's 220V. So you need power converter/tranformer.
  7. Gottadealers, I need your suggestion again. I'm looking for a portable speaker, especially Panasonic, Altec or Creative brands. I have searched online but haven't found a great deal yet. You guys might have known any great deal on that, any coupons?

    Thx in advance.

  8. When you signed up do you remember which debit or credit card you used?

Call your credit card company and ask if there are any charges or pending authorizations from AOL?

Call AOL again and ask to speak with a supervisor or manager, it just seems really odd that your info was 'lost'.

I will check my credit card again, because I just checked earlier, there was no charges from AOL, only from CC for the merchandise I got.

May be my info was not actually saved because the AOL system crashed at the time?
