  1. Love the Dollar Tree!! I get my gift bags there and alot of the school supply items. I did find jars of chopped tiny tomatoes by DelMonte. They were 2 for a $1. I got 10 jars and made Salsa. It was so good and I have 4 salsa containers in the freezer. I also get my reading glasses there. I have at least 10 pair. On Saturday I will pick up a Sunday Early Edition that costs 1.75 in other stores. If i don't get it on Sat. I will get the Sun. paper for 1.00 there and then cut out the coupons for about 20.00 savings. I have to limit myself to 1 trip a week or I would break the bank.
  2. If you go to www. thegrocerygame.com they have a Walgreens list of all the sale items and regular coupons that are out there for the items they have on sale. You do not have to pay to see this list. I found some fab deals some were less than .00. Some are free after rebates. Great deals!! Flyer coupons and manufacture coupons make it a great deal!!
  3. I ordered 2 things on line on Dec. 12 about 2:00pm CST. THey arrived on 12/15 about noon!! I live in North Central Minnesota and we were having a snow storm. I must have been living right that day. I really did not expect them until after Xmas!!! I'm impressed!! First time shopping with them. It was even the free shipping option!!
  4. First a tip for rabx5 that is going to Disneyworld, check out the Disboards for hundreds of tips on planning and budgeting!!!

I will be travelling, in a van with 3 kids and hubby across North Dakota and All of Montana for Xmas. On the way back we will stop and ski a day. Really looking forward to the trip though. My kids are good travelers. We are going to see my father in law because he will be turning 90 in Jan. I lost my dad this year so, it will be a bit hard but I love Montana. We will be travelling on an interstae that is often closed because of wind and snow. I have a list of 40 motels along the way and their # in case we need them.

  5. When to visit for Thanksgiving. Planned to spend about 600.00. Ended up spending around 800.00. Includes 2 lunches our with the kids, purse party (3 purseds and 2 wallets) a play and dinner. Got $110.0 back from Kohl's and will get 75.00 back after MIR. So all in all a great time and not to much damage. Really only have 3 people left to buy for. Might be an okay year!!!

    Happy Holidays!!!

  10. Thanks guys and gals--

I tried the Target one and with the tax and shipping it would be cheaper to buy it B & M. I read somewhere that they are putting out a video one soon. Do you think that the price for the Nano will drop after that comes out? Hopefully there will be some sweet deals as X mas nears.

Thanks again. I'll try to keep my eyes open too.

I'm so glad I found this site.
