The Walmart here in STL is the same way. They have all the big items in their trucks outside so you pay and go across the parking lot in your car and they load it up and all. That part is nice and easy - it's the toy aisles that is totally INSANE!!

My boys have the Escalade and it really is great. I can even get in there and it goes! Battery seems to last unlike some of the other ride ons.

My DH went there Friday at 5am (he's crazy). He was the only one there until around 8:30am. SO needless to say he was #1 BUT they only had 8 preorders... The other local EB Games was pretty packed so people started coming to the one he was at only to be upset. He missed the PS3 Preorder so there was no way he'd miss this one! Sounds really cool!

wow- thanks for the heads up. I assume they will take more preorders than the PS3? I really HOPE so!!!

I went to St Louis Mills Outlet Mall last year and didn't find many great deals other than the deals at KB Toys ... Burlington didn't have many early bird deals there. Hoping they do this year though!

OHH Diego! My son is a Diego freak! LOVES IT and Dora is everywhere so Diego!!! I'll be getting him ONE for sure!!!

The Toys R Us by me must be preparing for the past craziness of narrow aisles. I went in there last week just to look at stuff and seen they totally redid the aisles where YOU could easily get carts by whereas last year it was impossible- plus rude people not moving also! SO it appears that they're making it easier for this year......guess all shall see!

I think their return policy stinks! Especially at Christmas time- Gift receipts are nice but if anyone is like me- I never include them in with presents... I guess I just never think about it! I had a hassle with the electronics return because of it being day #46! IT was ridicilous! I am definitely trying to stick to WalMart WHERE I can return things easily! I like the selection at Toys R Us but it's my last resort these days!

I think they'll be the hot item. Here in St Louis, people are going really crazy for them. I happened to watch the news that morning and my husband got one for my son and later seen the big craze! It is insane all the people not giving them to their own children but selling them. I guess to each their own. I plan to give it to our son for Christmas and he has seen the box (noises it makes) and was going crazy for it.

Kohls and Walmart!!! I love the Kohls early bird specials and really love the Walmart ones also! CANNOT wait!

I CANNOT stay off of Ebay! It is like an obsession for me at work since work is SOO slow!!! Got some Go Diego toys today!

Well of course I got my 2 year old the TMX Elmo (I want to take it out of the box myself!!) and I got him the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse! MY older son I've got him a couple PS2's games and a scooter so far! I AM soo psyched for Christmas this year... Guess because both my boys are so excited to see Santa!!!

My family thinks I am crazy, but that is the one day of the year that I JUST CANNOT wait FOR!!!! I love it! My husband is going to the big KC Chiefs game Thanksgiving which is about 3 hours from us and I informed him I AM NOT going - I WILL need my energy for 3am the following DAY!!! He's a big shopper and usually goes also but I WON'T be missing OUT ever! I don't enjoy the lines but LOVE, love all the great deals (hope there are many)! My family thinks that I am wacko just to save money! Only downfall is that my family asks me for "favors" "get this for me" which can be a pain but I'll do it to save $$ for them also! CANNOT WAIT!!!!!!!!!

I heard that Fisher Price digital camera was gonna be "hot" for the little ones...

When I went to Toys R Us at Black Friday, the manager said NO price matching anymore because of their loss of money. Everyone knows Toys R Us stocks their shelves and everyone seemed to go there and price match their deals as opposed to other places that probably had limited quantities of items. Made sense for them! NOT for me but what can ya do!
