Coffee makers since they always die in July when no one has a sale.

I resupply my stash of coffee makers so I never have to pay full price when one dies in July.

Pillows and throws from Kohls but also at least one coffee maker. That way when ours dies I never have to replace it at retail price.

I am not sure how your family does Walmart but we usually have a divide and conquer approach. When you split up the list maybe she could take some of the items that either have dedicated lines/tickets or are less likely to be mobbed.

I always hit the small appliance sales so I have a spare in the closet when something invariably dies in July. This year I will be on the hunt for a new freezer since I somehow bought half a cow last night.

Definitely look for some of the crank flashlights as well. Batteries can die quick especially if you have smaller kids.
