Circuit City 4 years ago.... All the computers at check-out crashed for over an hour. I was second in line, got everything I wanted, then waited and waited.

If you decide to make a return to a Finish Line retail store, you must bring the following items with you:
1. Your original packing slip.
2. The credit card used for the original purchase. Orders placed using Debit Cards will be refunded for cash.
3. Footwear items must be returned in their original box and apparel items must have the tags unless problems in manufacturing exist.
You will also be required to present a valid photo ID* that will be recorded at the time of the return. Information from your ID will be retained in a company-wide database of customer return activity that Finish Line and its affiliates use to authorize in-store returns. We reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges in our stores regardless of receipt or packing slip.

I didn't get an email confirmation but I looked online and both of my orders shipped today by fedex.
Shopko is a reputable company, they are located out of Green Bay Wisconsin. But I have heard that if you live in Minnesota or New York your shipping will take extra long because we are still upset that Brett Favre left Green Bay!!:)

I'm glad I could help out. And thanks you dbwallick for making me check again on the pets. I got 3 pets, the ball, the starter set for my friend (she owes me big time) and the surfboard thingy. I put in two orders, paid shipping on both, but I called and can add more to my carts, just not zhu zhu stuff, and not pay shipping. Then I can go to the store that is less than 1 mile away and return the stuff I didn't want. A lot of rigamarow but that's life. Oh yeah and my kids were watching me order online too. UGH!

I called back to order the Kenmore set. It priced at 629.00...I mentioned that the website was showing the price at 479.99 and was told that the website was incorrect and they were going off of the flyer. CS said that just the washer was $479.00.

Finally got through.....I was told that the price for the washer/dryer pair is 629.99 after the 10% vip savings. The pricing online in my cart is for single units not the pair. I never could get the pair into my cart. Looks like it is still a better deal on Black Friday.

I think people are making a bigger deal out of this then that it really is. No big deal really. She is not the first person to do it nor will she be the last.
I personally saw the change during the show...it is during the bridge of the song with no lead vocals from her. Then she comes out as Miley right after. It really makes the kids wonder how she did that, especially when she comes back out from a trap door under the stage. I think that a 2 1/2 minute change from Hannah to Miley is pretty impressive.
