You know, that's a really good point! We always do at least one Angel type program during the holidays so I'll definitely stash some stuff away for that.

The January Target toy clearance is one of my favorite sales but I'm feeling bummed this year. My boys are 8 and 11 and are oh-too-quickly growing out of wanting and playing with toys. Sigh. Maybe there will be a video game clearance, lol.

My persistence finally paid off this morning. After checking once Wednesday and twice yesterday, I hit the 75% off right as the were beginning to mark it down this morning!! The staff were super nice too. The only disappointment was that the Lego's didn't come down any more in price- they stayed at 50%. I was happy to have gotten "first pick" b/c there were a few items that they only had one of that I was able to get such as: ###Spongebob Sorry board game $4.48 087100270 ###Neopets Didj Cartridge $7.48 204041086 (only Didj cartridge that I could find on clearance- wish they would have had more) ###Fisher Price Little People Garden Wedding $4.48 204030764 ###Fisher Price Little People Airport $9.98 I also got a few of the items other have mentioned like the TRIO sets, a few My Little Pony items and the 80's Scene it Game. By far, my favorite sale of the year (after Black Friday, of course!).

Well, that turned out interesting! I tried to purchase Mario Party 8, Big Brain Academy and a pre-order of Super Smash Brawl. By the time I got to the end of the checkout process, Mario Party 8 had gone out of stock so they removed it from my order. I think I lucked out b/c Mario Party 8 was not the game they had picked for my "free" game - so my total showed one WII game at regular price and it still showed the free game too !! So I basically got a buy one, get one free deal ! I printed out my receipt that showed this total (two games came to $56) so I hope they don't try to change it on me. Lisa
